Return Policy


Under EU rules, a trader must repair, replace, reduce the price or give you a refund if goods you bought turn out to be faulty or do not look or work as advertised.
If you bought a product or a service online with us, you have the right to cancel and return your order within 14 days. Moreover, we offer an extension of the return period to 30 days after the order was sent to you.
After we receive the product and conclude that it is in an excellent condition (in the condition, in which it was by the time we sent it you, in its package and along with all the necessary documents f.e. receipt), we will make the refund or change the product.
Returns of items that were purchased with special orders or items that were purchased by countries outside the EU are not accepted.
In case you proceed a return that does not follow the rules or does not satisfy the prerequisites of our website, we will send the product back to your initial address as soon as possible.

Swaps & Changes

If the country of destination is Greece, when you choose to change & swap a product with another product of ours of equal worth, we will cover the shipping costs of the first time you change & swap it, but if you choose to swap and change it again you will be burdened with the cost of shipping. Any other change & swap costs will burden the buyer.
If you have bought a product that does not have the size that you wanted, you may return the product and we will deliver it back to you in the right size. In this case, you should send the product to our store using the Shipping Company ELTA COURIER and the shipping costs will be covered by us.
We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors and images of our products that appear at the store. We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor’s display of any color will be accurate.
We reserve the right, but are not obligated, to limit the sales of our products or Services to any person, geographic region or jurisdiction. We may exercise this right on a case-by-case basis. We reserve the right to limit the quantities of any products or services that we offer. All descriptions of products or product pricing are subject to change at anytime without notice, at the sole discretion of us. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time. Any offer for any product or service made on this site is void where prohibited.
We do not warrant that the quality of any products, services, information, or other material purchased or obtained by you will meet your expectations, or that any errors in the Service will be corrected.


The refunds from returned products are issued within 5-10 days after discussion with the buyer and provided that the returned products are in an excellent condition (in the condition, in which they were by the time we sent them to you, in their packages and along with all the necessary documents f.e. receipt).

The product prices shown on the webpage are final retail prices. We reserve the right to change prices without prior notice. Price changes do not affect orders that have already been placed.

In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you by contacting the e-mail and/or billing address/phone number provided at the time the order was made. We reserve the right to limit or prohibit orders that, in our sole judgment, appear to be placed by dealers, resellers or distributors.

Ariadne Jewellery is not required to issue a shipping cost document and reserves its rights.
