Payment Methods

All prices of our e-shop refer to cash purchases. These prices apply to quantities available at our store and we reserve the right to adjust prices. The prices of the products are stated with VAT.
Should you choose a bank deposit or credit the payment must be made within 5 business days of the date of approval and confirmation of your order, or it will be canceled.

3. Cash on Delivery by Courier (for deliveries within Greece only).

The final amount of your order together with the shipping costs will be paid to the Courier at the time of receipt.
Due to the fact that sometimes the recipient forgets to receive his order, as a result of which the products are shipped and returned, in the event of a payment you will have to deposit after consideration with the store’s manager.
According to Greek Law, for orders above 500€ cash on delivery by courier is forbidden. Therefore, you should choose an alternative payment method of the ones given above.

Shipping methods

Our company cooperates with the ELTA Courier service.
Regarding the shipping costs of our products:
1. Shipping within Greece.
Shipping costs for orders within Greece are covered by us.

2. Shipping to countries within the EU.
Shipping costs for orders under 300€ amount to 25€ and they are borne by the buyer.

3. Shipping to countries outside the EU.
Shipping costs for orders over 300€ amount to 50€ and they are borne by the buyer.

4. Shipping to remote areas.
Extra shipping costs might be charged for deliveries to remote areas.

Customs clearance.
Regarding orders outside the EU, for which Customs clearance fees are required, the extra costs will be covered by the buyer (depending on each country’s special customs clearance fees).

VAT.

After every order, an automated e-mail regarding your order will be delivered to your e-mail account, in which you can also find the tracking number.
The shipping time is 7-14 working days, starting from the day you complete your order and depends on the destination.
There is no option of paying cash on delivery by courier for foreign countries.

Ariadne Jewellery is not required to issue a shipping cost document and reserves its rights. The transfer is also the responsibility of the final receiver. The choice of the carrier is made in such a way as to ensure the safe transport of the products at the best prices and with the best service. When picking up the product, carefully check the carrier’s presence. In case of damage, the carrier is responsible for the damages, which is in excellent condition and is obliged to deliver it in good condition.

Return Policy (Returns, Swaps & Refunds)

Returns
Under EU rules, a trader must repair, replace, reduce the price or give you a refund if goods you bought turn out to be faulty or do not look or work as advertised.
If you bought a product or a service online with us, you have the right to cancel and return your order within 14 days. Moreover, we offer an extension of the return period to 30 days after the order was sent to you.
After we receive the product and conclude that it is in an excellent condition (in the condition, in which it was by the time we sent it you, in its package and along with all the necessary documents f.e. receipt), we will make the refund or change the product.
Returns of items that were purchased with special orders or items that were purchased by countries outside the EU are not accepted.
In case you proceed a return that does not follow the rules or does not satisfy the prerequisites of our website, we will send the product back to your initial address as soon as possible.

Swaps & Changes
If the country of destination is Greece, when you choose to change & swap a product with another product of ours of equal worth, we will cover the shipping costs of the first time you change & swap it, but if you choose to swap and change it again you will be burdened with the cost of shipping. Any other change & swap costs will burden the buyer.
If you have bought a product that does not have the size that you wanted, you may return the product and we will deliver it back to you in the right size. In this case, you should send the product to our store using the Shipping Company ELTA COURIER and the shipping costs will be covered by us.
We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors and images of our products that appear at the store. We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor’s display of any color will be accurate.

Refunds
The refunds from returned products are issued within 5-10 days after discussion with the buyer and provided that the returned products are in an excellent condition (in the condition, in which they were by the time we sent them to you, in their packages and along with all the necessary documents f.e. receipt).
